The fastest way to reach grip. is by email at hello@gripit.dev. We read every message and reply personally — usually within 1 business day, always within 3. grip. is a small independent project, so there is no support queue, no chatbot, and no ticket number to remember.

What to write about

  • Bug reports. Include the page or question you were on, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help.
  • Feature requests. Tell us what you are trying to learn and why the current flow does not get you there. We prioritize requests that come with concrete use cases.
  • Question quality issues. If a flashcard or coding drill has a wrong answer, ambiguous wording, or an unfair test case, send us the topic and the question text. We fix these within 24 hours.
  • Account or login issues. Include the email you signed up with so we can find your account quickly.
  • Press, partnerships, or interviews. Subject line Press — we reply to all serious enquiries.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@gripit.dev with the subject line Delete my account. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete the deletion within 7 days, in line with our Privacy Policy. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Response times

grip. is operated from US Eastern Time. We aim to reply to support email within 1 business day. Expect slightly longer turnarounds on weekends and US public holidays. There is no paid tier, so all users get the same response speed.
